Are your Network Marketing graphics custom made for you? 3 reasons to adopt a freelancer.

Or are you using cookie cutter templates provided to you from your Network Marketing company? If you are like the millions of other Network Marketers out there, then chances are the answer is yes, you are using cookie cutter templates for your Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other social media platforms. Thus preventing you to stand out in a saturated market of like-branded Network Marketers that may or may not be in direct competition to you with the same or similar products. We get it, you want to stay on brand and not stray away from the company and its message. But, what if you did?

The days of old have passed. We are no longer going door-to-door (as much) and hosting parties in basements or living rooms (as often). With COVID-19, the world has changed. The way we operate, connect, network and communicate has drastically changed as well. More people now work remotely, talk over Zoom, and find more time in the day to get things done like exercise and spend time with their loved ones. Some would argue for the worst as they see successful businesses crumble, but to others it was a blessing in disguise.

Regardless of what you may think, the world has changed. The way we need to make contact has changed. The way we do anything and everything has changed. Speaking with complete honesty, COVID-19 opened the eyes of millions, making it blatantly obvious that life is short and they deserve so much better.

Let’s be frank for just a moment and make it clear. Network Marketing is part of the Multi-level marketing industry. But this very blog is not limited to just MLMs, Network Marketers, Distributors, Direct Sellers or whatever other lingo we may prefer to use. Today, we are simply asking a very direct question. Network Marketing may be a multi-billion dollar industry, but there are plenty of other industries out there that can equally benefit from a freelancer as well.

So, back to you. Are your Network Marketing graphics custom made just for you and your needs? If not, why? Is the company that you work with, supplying you everything you need in order to be successful or find the success you deserve to have? Do you have direct access to all the graphics, templates, colors, images, products and more in order to create your own posts for Instagram, Facebook or other social platforms? Have you been educated on the tools like Photoshop, Canva, or otherwise from your company? As a direct-to-consumer professional, how much are you investing in yourself and your business in order to find the success you need in order to operate and earn a passive income with ease? We could ask several million more questions here, and eventually roll right into marketing entirely. But that is a conversation for another day.

Realistically, you may not have the support you need or deserve, regardless if you are at the very top or the very bottom of your Network Marketing company ranking system. So, if you are not getting the custom made graphics you deserve, and you want them, why not pursue a freelancer to create them for you? Now, the real discomfort settles in and starts to sound scary.

Some of our favorite fears around hiring a freelancer include:

  • “Freelancers are expensive”
  • “What if I don’t like what they made"
  • “They don’t have experience working in the industry.”

Respectable fears, but misunderstood. Freelancers are often the most cost-effective choice you can make nowadays. In fact, several business, including major MLMs have begun to outsource work to freelancers or creatives for hire to get the same job done faster, remote and cheaper compared to what could have been completed in-house. And, if you don't like what is being made, just communicate with them directly. Unlike most creative agencies, you have the opportunity to speak directly with your creative for hire. Thus getting straight to the point. And, regarding experience, when you speak with your freelancer you choose them based on what you need. Just like any agency, they may not have had the opportunity to work in your specific field but they have completed several projects in familiar fields and provided creative assets that could be made in a variety of ways to fit all creative outlets and mediums.

So, here are our 3 reasons why you need to adopt a freelancer to supply you will all of your creative needs.
  1. Top-Priority
  2. Experienced
  3. Cost-Effective

Need more of an explanation? Yeah, we thought so too.

1. Top-Priority means putting you at the front of the line, every time.

Larger agencies, as an example, tend to have a large handful of clients and prioritize or schedule them based on a number of factors. Even within the Network Marketing realm, the company you work with tends to favor other Network Marketers, offering them something special and potentially an edge against you. These circumstances typically make you appear smaller and go overlooked until time opens up for you assuming you weren’t being provided another cookie-cutter template.

If you are competing for attention, or more specifically business, then you need an edge as well. You deserve to stand out with something uniquely made just to your liking and even spark a bit of envy as well.

Freelancers, like JpCS, often work on fewer projects with select customers and clientele all to better allow themselves to dedicate more time and attention to the work they are provided. The work is often more appreciated as they the business opportunity is a chance to allow their work to be seen by a new audience or work in a new area or industry. Not to mention that they are often more flexible than major agencies that primarily operate on a fixed schedule and willing to work later nights, weekends and the occasional holiday if and when necessary.

2. Experience is key, and hiring the right person for the job.

When you meet your freelancer, you may meet face-to-face, over the phone, online or via smoke signals and carrier pigeon. Regardless, you know who you are working with. The contact is made between you and your creative for hire. Whereas when operating with an agency, you could be meeting anyone, making it difficult to tell who is really doing the job that you are asking to be completed.

Yeah, you are paying for the experience. But, you won’t truly know who is working on your project and miss out on the connection for future work as you get pushed back to the end of the line all over again. Not to mention you could be paying more than what you may need to, which we will cover in just a moment.

Something to add in to the experience, is the direct communication with your creative for hire. With an agency, you have to work with a Project Manager, or an Account Manager for all of your assignments who them relay your notes and details to the creative working on your task which may have a series of delays along the way not to mention miscommunication. Thus proving just how much better it can be to speak directly with your freelancer; saving time, cutting out the middle man and getting straight to the point with an expert that understands exactly what you need and how to get it done.

3. Cost-Effective, means more bang for your buck.

Quite possibly the most important point to make and the most uncomfortable one to discuss. Money. Like most freelancers, including JpCS, they work remotely or from home and don’t have anywhere near the amount of overhead costs to even be in the same weight class as an agency on any scale. Overhead meaning, the costs for labor, healthcare, shipping and receiving, utilities and so much more. Basically, what they charge is more than just what you wanted.

So, freelancers can counter those fees by allowing them to be more affordable and competitive with prices without a reduction in the quality of their work. They may still have some utilities, but they don’t have hourly wages to cover for several employees and making sure to pay out health benefits. Arguably, hiring a freelancer is the most cost-effective choice you can make. You can remain certain that every dollar spent goes directly into the work you requested.
